All talks are held in Stickford Community Centre at 7.30 pm unless otherwise stated. There is a charge of 50p for members and £2 for non-members.
17 April 2008:- Lincolnshire Dialect
A talk about the Lincolnshire dialect from local man Peter Mackinder
15 May 2008:- Riotous Bahaviour in the Fens
An illustrated talk by Brian Jones.
19 June 2008:- Spilsby walk
Walk around Spilsby with Jean Howard. Meet at Franklin Statue, Spilsby at 7 pm. There will be a charge of £3 per person.
17 July 2008:- Visit to Harrington Hall
There will be a guided tour of Harrington Hall followed by a look around the gardens where Tennyson reputedly wrote his poem about Maud. There will be a charge of £5 per person.
18 September 2008:- Lincolnshire Bricks and Brickmakers
An illustrated talk by well known historian David Robinson.
16 October 2008:- Lincolnshire from the Air
David Start from Heritage Lincolnshire will show slides of Lincolnshire taken from the air.
20 November 2008:- Queen\\
John Mundy will begiving an illustrated talk on this interesting subject from his own personal experience.

A quiz and social evening.
