:- Location of Meetings
Meetings are held in Stickford Community Centre on the third Thursday of each month except August, unless otherwise indicated. All meetings start at 7.30pm. There is a charge of 50p for members and £2 for non-members, which includes refreshments. Everyone is welcome.
15th September 2011:- A walk in the Wolds
Pete Skipworth will be giving an illustrated talk about this beautiful area.
20th October 2011:- The Lincolnshire Heritage at Risk Project
Matthew Godfrey from Heritage Lincolnshire will be telling us about this new way of caring for our heritage.
17th November 2011:- Lutyens and the Great War
This talk by Tim Skelton will inform us of the work of Lutyens in the design of war cemeteries and memorials.
15th December 2011:- Piepowder - Victorian carol evening
An evening of traditional Victorian entertainment with carols from this musical quartet. Food and drink is provided.
19th January 2011:- Market Towns of Lincolnshire - Part 2
Kevin Harrison will be returning to the group to give an illustrated talk about the northern market towns of Lincolnshire.
