Programme of Events
:- Location of Meetings
Meetings are held in Stickford Community Centre on the third Thursday of each month except August, unless otherwise indicated. All meetings start at 7.30pm. There is a charge of 50p for members and £2 for non-members, which includes refreshments. Everyone is welcome.
15th April 2010:- History of Chocolate
Geraldine Erskine Williamson will be visiting the group to tell us about chocolate and its many uses. There will also be chocolate tasting abd the opportunity to buy some.
17th June 2010:- Guided walk round Boston
David Lambourne will be leading us on a walk around Boston. Please meet at the Ingram statue in Boston market place at 6pm. Everyone welcome.
15th July 2010:- Visit to Boston Guildhall
A guided tour around Boston Guildhall. Please meet at the Guildhall at 6pm.
16th September 2010:- More people and places of Boston
Robin Smith makes a welcome return to the group to show some more slides of Boston in times gone by.
21st October 2010:- Stickford in the Twentieth Century
Harold Houldershaw will be showing a film he made of local people talking about life in Stickford in the twentieth century.
18th November 2010:- The Changing Face of Lincolnshire Farming
Alan Stennet will talk about farming in Lincolnshire and how it has changed over the years.

Geof Lee will give a talk about brewing - this talk is not locally based.
